Hi Hakan. I don't know of any "free" plugins that let you do this. We have built an extension to Moodle which does exactly what you are describing. As you create courses in Moodle, corresponding groups are created in Connect and any students who enroll in the course are then added to those groups. All you need to do is then assign those groups to meetings or other content on the Connect server and students in those classes can access the content through a sso experience. We can even pull data out of Connect to make your reporting in Moodle more complete. Again, we offer this as a solution, but its not free and it requires that you host with us.
